Cate has 29 years’ experience in Corporate, in the Financial Services industry, and the last 18 years spent coaching Financial Planning Practices from start-ups to over $5 Million in revenue.
With her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of businesses, this enables her to develop strategic, results-orientated plans and processes to facilitate change and transform businesses.
Cate holds a Business Coaching Certificate, is a Member of the International Coaching Federation, Bachelor of Information Technology, Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, and has conducted 1000’s of Coaching meeting’s with Financial Planners over the years.

Cate is a country girl from Northern NSW which explains her candour and good humour! She lives on Northern Beaches in Sydney with her husband and two sons and prides herself on striking a good life work balance.
Some of her favourite hobbies are travelling, mindfulness, yin yoga, jogging to the beach, reading, writing, listening to TED talks and being an UberMum and Soccer Mum for her two sons’!
