Cate has 29 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, the last 18 years spent coaching Financial Planning Practices from start-ups to over $5M in revenue. With her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of businesses, this has enabled her to develop strategic, results-orientated plans and processes to facilitate change and transform businesses. Cate holds a Business Coaching Certificate, is a Member of the International Coaching Federation, and has a Bachelor of Information Technology and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.
